Perform handling operations according to current standards and requirements, as well as health, safety and environment (HSE) rules
Perform mechanical assembly operations (hydraulic system, ventilation/air system, electrical harnesses…) as specified in the instructions
Conduct checks according to instructions
Fill out traceability documents
Ensure that both the materials and workstation are clean
Maintain the workstation, equipment and work area according to current instructions and pay particular attention to the validity of periodic checks of this equipment
Carry out Level 1 maintenance of equipment
Recommendations on how to improve the HSE environment and take part in team meetings about continuous improvement actions

-Perform handling operations according to current standards and requirements, as well as health, safety and environment (HSE) rules
- Prepare a component before painting : masking and sanding based on instructions.
-Ensure that your workstation’s qualification is valid
-Prepare paints according to instructions (make sure that the products used have not passed their expiry date)
-Adjust and use spray guns as specified in the instructions
-Perform the different painting phases according to instructions (included stencils if necessary and technical markings)
-Conduct visual and other checks according to instructions
-Program the drying oven as recommended in the instructions
-Perform sealants and finishing touch up
-Fill out traceability documents

Responsible for process initiating and improvement, to guarantee process robustness.
Responsible for tooling development, purchasing, maintenance and management (including tooling specification, procedure and training material, TPM building and following up, AM/PM plan, etc.)
Responsible for process and tooling training to operators (theoretical and practical).
Responsible for piloting process risk analysis, trouble-shooting/investigation and define corrective action plan.
Responsible for piloting process improvement related projects.
Responsible for tooling center management, including 3D printer application and maintenance.
Coordinate with other departments (facility, maintenance, quality, etc.) on process/tooling subjects.
Technical support for other process or tooling related requests.
Bachelor degree in Material / Mechanical engineering.

岗位职责：
-Develop and validate the repair process instruction sheets and other technical instructions according to the design requirements in order that documentation are clearly understood by the production personnel
oMethods - work cards, technical instructions
oRepair – Write draft repair scheme and prepare supporting technical dossiers for workshop repairs, coordinate for approval by the Customer Support Engineering (CSE) team in France
-Determine the Bill Of Materials and regularly evaluate the variation (fasteners, chemicals)
-Assist in the definition of the fixtures, list of tools and consumables required to ensure the assembly process
-Specify and check the compliance of other specific industrial means which are required to repair the nacelle sub-assemblies
-Provide a permanent technical support to the production department
-Carry out detailed inspection of incoming material for repair and provide accurate reports of the findings
-Take an active role in the team
